Refund policy
At this time, by placing an order with RLP, I understand that all sales are final and no exchanges or refunds are given. Once the order is placed, it may not be cancelled or altered.
The customer is responsible for understanding and knowing the product they are purchasing by reading the detailed product descriptions. Lost or damaged packages are NOT in RLP's control or fault once the order is dropped off for shipping.
Please take in consideration that turn around time is not included in the shipping time. We try our best to be quick, but remember we are human and have livestock and other responsibilities.
